Why do some people decide to leave the Coast Guard and why do other people stay? As part of the Human Capital Strategy Initiative, the Coast Guard recently made the announcement that it will be using a new Career Intentions Survey to understand members’ decisions with regards to why they leave the service or continue to stay in the service.
