		<description><![CDATA[In San Diego they find pangas all the time, few times they get the illegals and the drugs, but most of the time they are empty, meaning illegals and drugs got in. We heard about it all the time, and some times the media does not even tell us about it, but people talk, specially in the water front.]]></description>
