Photos: Crashed helicopter recovered

Salvage divers with the crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Bristol Bay have recovered the Air Station Detroit HH-65C helicopter that crashed into Lake Huron last Friday. The service is looking into the circumstances of the crash but it’s plain to see from the pictures below that it was a miracle all three people aboard survived.
